By using the SkillBridge Ladder ecosystem (Tech, Media, Hire, Scraper), you agree to abide by these binding terms.

1. Ecosystem Usage

SkillBridge provides digital infrastructure. You agree not to misuse our tools—including the Skill Scraper—for malicious intents, DDoS attacks, or spam operations strictly prohibited by the jurisdictions you operate within.

2. Intellectual Property (Tech & Media)

All source code built by the Tech Division, and all cinematic assets produced by the Media Studio, remain the intellectual property of SkillBridge Ladder until full project payment is cleared and a transfer of license is granted.

3. Freelance Hire Platform

We act as the facilitator connecting enterprise clients with top 1% tech talent. Any contract disputes between parties utilizing the Hire Platform are subject to arbitration primarily between the two engaging parties, though SkillBridge may assist in mediation if platform terms were breached.

4. Payment Terms

Subscriptions to the Skill Scraper and Hire Hub Pro plans are billed automatically via our payment processors. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis exclusively within 72 hours of any transaction.
